Great customer service and amazing staff. Matt Lacey was a pleasure to work with. I scheduled my appointment to come in and was greeted as soon as I walked through the doors. Matt and I sat down and discuss a pleasure to work with. I scheduled my appointment to come in and was greeted as soon as I walked through the doors. Matt and I sat down and discussed what I was looking for. He scheduled a test drive of the vehicle and explained a lot of the bells and whistles that were in the car which was very helpful. I had gone on TrueCar to get some pricing and he explained that some dealers include all incentives in their pricing, even if you don’t qualify. He got me every incentive that was available for me and the pricing was reasonable. After Matt and I were done, Kevin took me to the vehicle and helped me set up my phone and everything else that needed to be set up. Kevin is very knowledgeable and made it so easy to get everything set up and ready to go. Then it was off to Finance with Greg. Greg went over all of the paperwork with me thoroughly and was great to work with. We discussed our travels and life during our meeting which made this experience so personal because I didn’t just feel like a customer. He went out of his way to take an interest in my life. After Greg and I were done, Matt and Kevin met me in the garage to yo over anything I might have questions about. Matt called me on Monday to set up a time to come back in to get some accessories installed and to check in on me and the car. This has been one of the better car buying experiences I have had and am lucky to have such a great guy like Matt to work with. More
