There have been issues with a couple other employees, but I’m here to tell everyone how great he is! Gerry has been wonderful and gone above/beyond for me every day. He has even taken it upon himself to purchase two items the dealership should have replaced, before delivery. He is instantly available by phone/text, even during his busiest days. He has even responded from home quickly, on his days off. And I appreciate everything he has done to help me and make this experience better. All of his other reviews glow with accolades, as they should. But I want to add that the measure of a great associate/employee/experience…..is how well a person handles a problem. You expect to have a great experience, and NO problems. But when someone excels – exceeds your expectations both in how GREAT they handled their part of the transaction, and how far above/beyond they went to fix others mistakes – is the measure of greatness. The Used car manager was easy to deal with, worked with my budget and made the deal happen. Finance was upfront and got me in and out quickly! Henry was awesome in getting me acquainted with my new Acura and I’m glad he did cause it has lots of fun stuff to play with! Want a easy and fun buying experience then look no further. Amazing yet difficult Gerry was amazing and from a man that was in the car sales business he needs to be the sales manager. The ulessys or whatever his name is. The car is nice, the Salesman was better!! I was looking to transition from a car to an SUV, and had researched both Acura MDX's and Infiniti QX60's online for over a month. CarMax and several I was looking to transition from a car to an SUV, and had researched both Acura MDX's and Infiniti QX60's online for over a month. CarMax and several Infiniti Dealerships and no luck for the features I wanted at the price I was looking for. FINALLY....I came across the perfect car at McGrath Acura of Westmont. I called to verify the car was available and as listed. They connected me with sales man Gerry Arquines and the experience went from just an online search to an over the top shopping experience-immediately! Gerry was friendly and helpful without being pushy, which to me was definitely a plus. I made a next day appointment for a test drive and was really interested, but not sold. Gerry wasn't all sales and stood out as personable outside of just "closing." Gerry offered exceptional service despite me not being the ideal customer. I came in with my own financing (they never love that) and didn't want extended warranties and any of the extras that are usually being strongly encouraged by the average car salesman. He had a "if your happy, then I've done my job" attitude. I left the dealership still needing a second key, and was scheduled to come back at a later date to get the key. Gerry stayed on top of making sure I got an appointment and that my needs were met even after I had the SUV for several weeks. I can honestly say that my experience with Gerry was a total plus and I would highly recommend him for anyone that wants a hassle free experience with a salesman with integrity. More
