Once I chose the 2013 TL to purchase, he gave me a "New Car" purchase treatment along with Kevin Harmon giving me a interior tutorial, needed coming from a TSX. I have been loyal to McGrath for sales and service and will continue. I would recommend Gerry Arquines for his knowledge, attention to detail and all around personality. Along with the help of the Finance Team, they were able to work out our almost impossible trade-in. The process was long for us. We had a lot... A LOT of questions but Gerry always answered and accomodated our business. We were scheduled appropriately and was never felt rushed. SERVICE: Next night after we got our car? Ran a pot hole and blew a tire. We called Gerry... Again. Long story short, he got us a deal, and we got our car the next day. 2nd time we bought a car from here. Will buy again. More

Great Experience! We were in contact with our salesman, Gerry Arquines. He emailed us various packages for an Acura MDX to go over and see which one suits our needs. We We were in contact with our salesman, Gerry Arquines. He emailed us various packages for an Acura MDX to go over and see which one suits our needs. We were able to bring a certified pre owned Acura MDX home to test drive for a day. When we returned it the following day, he let us test drive an RDX to get a feel for which one we preferred. He was very patient, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. He was not at all “pushy”. We are very happy with the experience and with the MDX we purchased. We will definitely come back here to buy our next vehicle. More
