I demonstrate half a million dollar printing equipment for one of the biggest companies in the world and I'm not only blown away by their gorgeous new showroom and how I feel treated and respected from the time I walk in the door to when I drive away but to be that impressed makes me take a look at where I can up my game in our show room. Everyone should feel this way about buying a car. What's normally a very dreaded stressful life experience for some people McGrath Acura sets the bar in my opinion very high. As long as I can afford to treat myself to the best cars I've ever driven McGrath will always have my business. This is my 3rd Acura with them. John Unger my salesperson first and foremost is a straight shooter and stand up guy. Respectful of my time I was in and out and feel I get a better deal than I was expecting. Melissa Hansen Kann, always welcomes me, jokes around and is just an overall charming person to deal with. Julie, Damian, the gentleman who reviewed the vehicle features with me whose name escapes me at the moment but by far a very knowledgeable and patient part of the team I appreciate them all staying so late to help get me out the door. Unprofessional and lied to us Sales people and managers were extremely unprofessional throughout the entire experience. Lied to us about a number of items regarding the vehicle and Sales people and managers were extremely unprofessional throughout the entire experience. Lied to us about a number of items regarding the vehicle and repairs they promised to do, but did not. I would never give a dealership like this my business and regret purchasing a vehicle from them. I have never had such a poor customer service experience with any company. Said they would fix a number of items before the vehicle was delivered and go over the vehicle entirely and make sure all problems were taken care of. They did fix a few items, but neglected to fix a number of other things. When we called for reimbursement after spending a few thousand to repair the items they neglected to, they claimed that the items they did not fix were not safety issues, meaning they were not obligated to fix them. I am in shock at how unprofessional the dealership and its employees, including the general manager, were throughout the entire experience. More

We found the car we wanted and it happened to be a tad over budget. No worries there, the finance manager Jae made sure to get us to the payment we were comfortable.
