Most of the positive reviews m Our dealings with this business were drawn out and the negative details are too many to put in this review! Seriously! Most of the positive reviews must be fake!! They are only interested in getting your money. They are ruthless and crooked. When you sit down in the finance office you feel like you just sat down to face Satan. I'll try to give some details as briefly as I can anyway, because I really feel compelled to help even if it's only one person: 1. They tried to overcharge us $2500.00. One paper we looked at had the correct numbers and then they slipped us the actual contract, which we failed to look at in detail because we had been there so long with children in tow and had plans for later that day. So we were getting pretty impatient. We discovered the truth only after we arrived home and looked over everything more carefully. 2. They tried to tack on a bogus "dealer prep fee" of $900.00. 3. They siphoned the gas out of the tank before we drove it off the lot. (It was pretty full when we test drove it. 2 or 3 hours later, it was empty). 4. They purposely kept us there for a lengthy period of time. (We were there for 3 -4 hours even though we had pre-selected the vehicle online!) 5. It took us over a month to finally get a 2nd keyless remote and extra key. The salesman blatantly lied and told us they were waiting for the previous owner to turn it in. Eventually he said they had turned it in finally and that he would send it to us. When we never received it he told us it was the office employees' fault that it wasn't sent, so he would send it himself with tracking ability for us to follow. This went on for a month. My guess is that he hoped we would give up, but we were persistent. In the end we received a brand new uncut key without a keyless remote. After more persistence they sent us a check to pay for us to have a keyless remote programmed ourselves! So again to summarize: We have concluded that this company is dishonest and will try to get over anything they can on you. I am even removing their license plate holder from our vehicle because I do not want to endorse this company in any way! If you decide to go there despite this warning here is a couple of things I would advise: 1. Firstly, of course do much research on the vehicle before even considering purchasing to make sure it is a fair deal pricewise. 2. Be ready to walk off the lot at any moment. (Never be dead set on a vehicle or desperate. If you are, don't let them know this.) 3. Use your cellphone to google anything you don't understand or find suspicious, even while they are sitting there. They can wait. You had to! 4. Tell them you want the tank to have gas in it when you drive the car away and double check it before leaving the lot. If it is empty, have them fill it. 5. Please don't let them dominate you. The finance manager will try to. 6. If you purchase a car from them, be persistent and don't hesitate to call the business manager if you find ANYTHING awry in your deal. That was our saving grace. We were persistent and contacted the business manager more than once. Most of the issues were corrected for us because of this. 7. Get pre-approved for a car loan at your bank or credit union before going and don't finance from the dealership if you don't have to. They will still try to talk you in to it. 8. Anticipate the possibility that you could be there for several hours. They want you to feel rushed when it comes time to visit Satan's minions in the finance office, so that you will overlook things and be less observant. 9. Please, please, please double, triple check the numbers they present to you. Look over the contract very carefully. (Take your time)! Ask a friend or family member to help you if you don't understand. Check over everything again when you get home. On the plus side: 1. The dealership is nice and modern aesthetically. 2. They have a little cafe that serves free cookies, coffee and tea. 3. All of the adjunct employees we encountered seemed very nice and genuine. 4. They gave our children free teddy bears. 5. We really like the vehicle we purchased. 6.The salesman himself was not pushy but we had already decided on the car we wanted to look at prior to coming and we would not even consider anything else anyway. Maybe most car dealerships are like this one. I don't know, but if so, it's time we wise up and quit letting the car dealerships rip us off!!!! More

In the past 3 years, I’ve interacted with 5 dealerships an McGrath Acura of Westmont probably has the best service I have ever seen from a dealership. In the past 3 years, I’ve interacted with 5 dealerships and McGrath of Westmont absolutely blows the competition away. Lauri Cavin (Salesperson), Tom Sinno (Director of Sales), Nick Samhan (Finance Manager) and Ryan Pearl (Service) worked great as a team to take care of me throughout the deal of my two new Acura’s. They made sure everything was taken care of even though I stayed an hour past their closing time. Highly recommend this dealership over a lot that are out here in the neighboring towns. More

Great deal, easy process Adam helped me get a great deal on my RDX lease. I turned in my lease early and was able to get into a great car for a reasonable price. Horrible Dealership I realize the goal of dealerships are to maximize profits while providing good customer service, 2 relatively contradictory terms. Mcgrath does great I realize the goal of dealerships are to maximize profits while providing good customer service, 2 relatively contradictory terms. Mcgrath does great on the 1st goal, but fails miserably on the 2nd. If you want to overpay and receive overwhelmingly poor customer service, by all means this is the place. Good luck, you'll need it, or you can take the advice of this review and go elsewhere. You have lots of choices, why deal with one of the worst. More
