Lauri Cavin (Salesperson), Tom Sinno (Director of Sales), Nick Samhan (Finance Manager) and Ryan Pearl (Service) worked great as a team to take care of me throughout the deal of my two new Acura’s. They made sure everything was taken care of even though I stayed an hour past their closing time. Highly recommend this dealership over a lot that are out here in the neighboring towns. More

Horrible Dealership I realize the goal of dealerships are to maximize profits while providing good customer service, 2 relatively contradictory terms. Mcgrath does great I realize the goal of dealerships are to maximize profits while providing good customer service, 2 relatively contradictory terms. Mcgrath does great on the 1st goal, but fails miserably on the 2nd. If you want to overpay and receive overwhelmingly poor customer service, by all means this is the place. Good luck, you'll need it, or you can take the advice of this review and go elsewhere. You have lots of choices, why deal with one of the worst. More
