new used car I went to McGrath to buy a used car I saw online. The car turned out to not be what was shown on line and I decided not to buy it. The dealer suggest I went to McGrath to buy a used car I saw online. The car turned out to not be what was shown on line and I decided not to buy it. The dealer suggested I look at the Acura MDX and after a test drive , I decided I liked the car. I got a fair price for my trade in and a good deal on a used MDX. Once a decision was made on what car to buy, the service was fast. It just took a long time to fix the original car that I had wanted to look at, because it was not an Acura and the parts were not available at Acura and it was an unusual repair. The people were friendly and helpful. More

I was very satisfied with the deal. It was a pleasure working with Terry, he was friendly, professional and took the time to follow up with me. Additonally, there was an issue with the spare key/remote for the vehicle. Terry and Anna Both (Customer Relations) were able to resolve the issue get me a replacement at no additional cost.
