My grandmother worked for a car dealership for over 30 years so we were spoiled and never had to "haggle" over a car. John listened to our requirements and found us cars that me our criteria. He took us for a ride and explained in easy to understand all the benefits of the car without making us feel inept. We explained we were leaving the country for two weeks and would not make a decision until we returned. He respected our wishes and called us when we returned and we bought the car that day. We usually buy Lexus but the salesman their was lazy. John made all the difference in the world. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.
