We made the decision to purchase the vehicle after a quick test drive. We appreciated Sam Shaheen's sales approach. He was direct and honest, and there was no haggling on the value of our trade-in TL. I don't recall the gentleman's name who appraised our vehicle, but we greatly appreciated his willingness to clear up erroneous information on our vehicle's CARFAX report. Lastly, Nick was extremely welcoming and completed the finance process quickly. We could have opted for an Acura dealership closer to home when searching for a replacement vehicle, but we are very glad we made the decision to visit McGrath. We will definitely pass along referrals to family and friends! More

Lies!! I get I was lied to since day one regarding the purchase of my CPO TL. Transmission was hesitating and when I asked my salesman if that was normal, hi I get I was lied to since day one regarding the purchase of my CPO TL. Transmission was hesitating and when I asked my salesman if that was normal, his response was "yes, it's the traction control kicking in" also, stated the front tires and brakes were replaced. I had a tech outside of their facility look at them and informed me they were all between 4-5 32nds. I actually regret making my purchase with McGrath Acura of westmont and will not recommend them to anyone. Go elsewhere to purchase any type of vehicle! More

This is the best dealership for a woman! I was on the hunt for a new car, had already decided what I wanted and researched different dealerships with the car. I arrived ready to see and driv I was on the hunt for a new car, had already decided what I wanted and researched different dealerships with the car. I arrived ready to see and drive the car I was interested in. When greeted by Sam, he shook my hand and listened/answered my questions. He realized I was interested in a specific car and did not waste time getting me behind the wheel. While test driving the car, Sam asked questions about my needs, listened to my answers and explained the features of the car. Since I had driven several he understood where I was in the process and never asked if "my husband" would be coming in. (The other dealers I visited would not talk numbers or specifics until I brought my husband back) We met with the sales manager, spoke about specific numbers upfront for the trade-in and the purchase. I was treated respectfully when I said I would like to bring my son (a gear head) and my husband back to drive the car - it was no problem, no pressure. Sam came in on his day off and when we sat down to do the deal, it was exactly as they had presented to me in the first meeting. Honesty, integrity and respectful treatment has made me a customer for life! (Hopefully Sam will always be there!!!) More
