Didn't end up buying from McGrath, but Adam was Outstanding! So, as the title says, my wife and I didn't end up buying from McGrath Acura in Westmont, as we didn't end up going with an Acura. But even considering that, McGrath was the best dealership we dealt in with the long process of buying a small-midsize SUV. From just walking into the place we were immediately pleased with the level of customer service. We were offered immediate assistance, refreshments, and advice. We worked with Adam, who was outstanding. The space was clean and modern, which is a very simple win, but many other dealerships seemed to miss the most basic of things like keeping a clean showroom!! I consider myself to be a VERY educated car buyer; doing hours of research on all our candidate vehicles, and Adam was the ONLY person out of all the salespeople we worked with, at many many different dealerships who knew more about the vehicles than I did. He knew the car from top to bottom, and was able to get creative in order to place us in our desired vehicle at our price point that was lower than typical for an Acura. He was not pushy, never did the old "What will it take to get you into this car today" line, and was very prompt, polite, and courteous with his follow-up calls and e-mails. I never felt spammed or pressed by him; it was truly an example of professionalism and exceptional business practices. I was actually disappointed to not give him my business; but at the end of the day the Acura was just not the right car for us; which is certainly not a knock against Acura, Adam, or McGrath Acura. This will absolutely be our first stop when we are ready to buy again. If you are in the market for an Acura, check this place out, and meet Adam; you wont be disappointed!! More

Quality of driving I was need of a car that had little if any road/wind noise due to a hearing condition; I also needed a car to haul tools and material I use to do fami I was need of a car that had little if any road/wind noise due to a hearing condition; I also needed a car to haul tools and material I use to do family home projects. I spotted a blue 201 TSX wagon on the McGrath lot by a coincidence. Looking into it, Paul Stewart and Tony worked with me and I drove the certified TSX home, within my limitations, warranty peace of mind and in a car you'd never guess was 3 years old. I could hear the radio, have conversations and enjoy driving again. Thanks guys! EJZ More
