I was very satisfied with the deal. It was a pleasure working with Terry, he was friendly, professional and took the time to follow up with me. Additonally, there was an issue with the spare key/remote for the vehicle. Terry and Anna Both (Customer Relations) were able to resolve the issue get me a replacement at no additional cost. First car buying experience made pretty easy I came into McGrath Acura looking to buy my first car and the process was almost completely pain-free. I was looking at a particular Volkswagen, not an Acura, and Paul Stewart was very helpful and considerate. Did not try to take advantage of me KNOWING that I was fresh out of college and looking at my first car. Nick Kabro in finance was very helpful in landing me the right financing plan as well. My only suggestion would be to be somewhat wary of the inspections performed on non-Acuras. They were kind enough to let me take the car to the nearest VW dealer for a genuine inspection/certification, but the VW mechanic found a few (small) things wrong that the Acura mechanic had missed. Makes sense, as an Acura mechanic is somewhat unfamiliar with VWs. I would definitely recommend following a similar course of action if buying anything other than an Acura. However, McGrath was more than happy to cover the repairs and had everything in tip-top shape when the car came home with me. Love it so far! More
