Not a great experience My experience at McGrath Acura was far from a good experience. As a 24 year old wanting to buy a car, I felt like I was not given any respect. I was My experience at McGrath Acura was far from a good experience. As a 24 year old wanting to buy a car, I felt like I was not given any respect. I was looking to downgrade from an Audi A4 to a TSX and when we started talking price, I was insulted by how they tried to low ball me for my car, I was lied to about the website that was used to appraise my car, I was told a 1.99 interest rate was impossible (when in fact that's what I ended up getting) and I was pressured by 2 general managers and the salesman. However, after 3 hours of haggling with them, what was "impossible" to them, was actually possible and I ended up buying the car. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, and I will not be bringing the car back to McGrath to be serviced. The salesman and general managers are arrogant, and they don't give any respect. They only care about making a sale. I just want to say to John Vestuto that I heard every word you were saying in the GM's office and I am not a "stupid kid." More
