He quickly and thoroughly processed the paperwork to purchase my trade-in and deliver my 2011 MDX to me in great condition. Nick in Finance did a wonderful job explaining the documentation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. John Unger in Sales expedited the transaction and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. My kids had free beverages and played in the play room. More
Bait & Switch - VERY DECEPTIVE All the lowest priced cars that I came to see were "just sold" but they still had the highest priced vehicles still available. I checked the Carfax later that night and saw a sold date of 4 months prior and Cargurus said they had this Acura in-stock the whole time. VERY DECEPTIVE!! More

From the initial "bait and switch" to "delay tactics" and "lost trade in keys' my visit was horrible. I was told on the phone they had the exact car I wanted. Bauti insisted he could find a "better deal" even after I told him I wanted to leave. He refused to give me my car keys and kept disappearing, only to come back with another "offer". When I finally insisted on getting my keys or I was going to file a complaint, Bauti accused me of wasting his entire afternoon. This experience has turned me away from the Acura brand altogether and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Spiro Kontaris, Keith Muehl and Dean Wareh have gone over and beyond to work with us to find the best deal and make the leasing process smooth and effortless. We called ahead to let Spiro know what we were interested in and he had a car ready for us to test drive when we walked in the door. We worked with with Spiro and Dean on the last few leases and we have always felt like we were dealing with family with their personal attention and their ability to find us exactly what we we were for. We love Acura for the quality and luxury we get with the brand, but we will will remain loyal customers to McGrath because Spiro, Keith and Dean. More

I love acura/honda--I have owned many and I am a dedicated consumer. So to try to sell me on the vehicle alone would have been a waste; it is his ability to provide excellent service and exceed my expectation. And I got a rootbeer float, the dealership is ethical of course they are in it for a profit; but the use car salesman tactics are few as you go from sales to finance. More
