We made the decision to purchase the vehicle after a quick test drive. We appreciated Sam Shaheen's sales approach. He was direct and honest, and there was no haggling on the value of our trade-in TL. I don't recall the gentleman's name who appraised our vehicle, but we greatly appreciated his willingness to clear up erroneous information on our vehicle's CARFAX report. Lastly, Nick was extremely welcoming and completed the finance process quickly. We could have opted for an Acura dealership closer to home when searching for a replacement vehicle, but we are very glad we made the decision to visit McGrath. We will definitely pass along referrals to family and friends! More

Lies!! I get I was lied to since day one regarding the purchase of my CPO TL. Transmission was hesitating and when I asked my salesman if that was normal, hi I get I was lied to since day one regarding the purchase of my CPO TL. Transmission was hesitating and when I asked my salesman if that was normal, his response was "yes, it's the traction control kicking in" also, stated the front tires and brakes were replaced. I had a tech outside of their facility look at them and informed me they were all between 4-5 32nds. I actually regret making my purchase with McGrath Acura of westmont and will not recommend them to anyone. Go elsewhere to purchase any type of vehicle! More
