From the initial "bait and switch" to "delay tactics" and "lost trade in keys' my visit was horrible. I was told on the phone they had the exact car I wanted. Bauti insisted he could find a "better deal" even after I told him I wanted to leave. He refused to give me my car keys and kept disappearing, only to come back with another "offer". When I finally insisted on getting my keys or I was going to file a complaint, Bauti accused me of wasting his entire afternoon. This experience has turned me away from the Acura brand altogether and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Bait & Switch - VERY DECEPTIVE All the lowest priced cars that I came to see were "just sold" but they still had the highest priced vehicles still available.
