This is the second vehicle we have purchased from McGrath Acura of Westmont (my sister-in-law has also purchased 2 cars from McGrath as well). We all know that Acura vehicles are of excellent quality so the differentiator is the buying experience and service of the vehicle -- and this is where McGrath excels. Beth Markgraf from Sales was excellent to work with during the buying experience and we were able to quickly come to what I felt was a good deal. I had a similar deal with another dealership, however, it is the service department at McGrath that is the other key reason I purchased at McGrath. The service personal and work is top-notch and they treat you as a valued customer. I'm please with the entire purchasing experience (which I usually despise) and know from experience that when I need maintenance performed that will be a good experience as well. More

He noticed that I was not happy the section then he showed me a 2007 HHR LT. We had a Family emergency pop up. I talked to John he was understanding. A week later I called asking if they still had the 2007 HHR LT. John said yes they still had the car and apologized that he was busy with another customer at the time and that the Sales Manger Tony would be able to help out. 3/26/14 I walked into the dealership with my wife and daughter.
