Thanks to Chris and Dean and everyone at McGrath for making this the FIRST pleasant car-buying experience both the wife and I have ever had! We found a nice 2011 Prius for sale on cars.com, well below making this the FIRST pleasant car-buying experience both the wife and I have ever had! We found a nice 2011 Prius for sale on cars.com, well below market value (sticker price $15k, book value around $19k). The salesperson (Chris O'Connor) agreed to have a a cracked wheel cover and a medium-sized dent on a rear quarter panel fixed. While doing the paperwork, we mentioned stepping out for lunch (the wife is expecting, and when it's time to eat, I am NOT standing in her way!) and Chris was kind enough to let us partake of the employees' Saturday food spread... which was delicious (Greek and some Italian). Everyone was kind and professional. They even have a coffee bar here! Turned out that the dent could not be fixed on-site via "paintless" removal, and needed a body shop. No problem for us, since we had the old car and were not trading it in (so we'd be stuck with an extra car). We finished up the deal with Dean Wareh in Finance (very knowledgeable guy!) and were outta there in about three hours. Not bad for a car purchase! The best part... When the dent repair was done at the end of the week, Chris delivered the car to our door (about 25 miles from the dealership). Happily, our old car sold that VERY night to a Craigslist buyer. We love the car, never felt pressured or ripped off, and the dent repair was so good, we honestly could not tell you where it was. McGrath Acura is a class-act, all the way. Coming from an ex-repo-man who's death with a LOT of car dealerships, this is high praise. :) More

Chris and Sam were both very helpful with arranging the purchase of my vehicle. With their help I was able to find the vehicle I was looking for (after several weeks of searching), and I was able to negot purchase of my vehicle. John Vestuto knew about the vehicles I was interested in and provided updated info on the vehicles available at the dealership. He provided me with info that helped me decide to take a test ride. Overall buying experience was good and especially Beth was very friendly. Had a minor problem after delivery (there was a noise coming from the side door).
