This dealership is the most fake dealership ever. They will treat you great until you sign those papers. Once you leave that door with your new shiny car you are no longer treated the same. We had an issue with the back glass of our RDX breaking and initially she told us they had never HEARD OF ANYTHING with that car. Talked to another service manager and he tells me they have tried to get the same issue fixed for other customers and couldn’t. So which one is it? Clearly all they do is lie so that you can leave them alone and the push you away. Take your business to another acura dealer they helped me and i didn’t even buy my car there. Shame i gave them a sale. More
