I have been a Customer since 1998 and Cathy has always been excellent, but service deteriorated suddenly in the last 3 years. Cathy told me she no longer works directly with customers (strange because 3 been excellent, but service deteriorated suddenly in the last 3 years. Cathy told me she no longer works directly with customers (strange because 3 other reviews mention her in the last few months) In the last 3 years I have been dumped on new in-experienced techs who caused more problems and I had to return to fix them. Two months back I took my car for an oil change, got over billed and got a burning smell - took 6 weeks to finally get that fixed. Last Monday, I took it to fix a sticking ignition key. Acura no longer makes the part, but they were unwilling to point me to an alternative and told me to go to a locksmith - would not even suggest where to go or what to install. rachel >>As Per Cathy we will not install aftermarket parts or locate parts. I have been left to fend for myself - obviously loyalty does not matter to acura of westmont. So much for paying the higher dealer rates for 22 years. I should have gone to other repair shops - at least I would have had a backup. Now they want me to buy another car from them, but I would rather look at other dealerships . More

Just had my 2020 TLX in for its first service & it went smoothly. Greeted immediately when entering the service lane, with a masked service associate. He was very friendly. Asked my husband & I if we knew smoothly. Greeted immediately when entering the service lane, with a masked service associate. He was very friendly. Asked my husband & I if we knew were the waiting area was. We helped ourselves to free coffee and a newspaper and sat comfortably. No more than 3 minutes after we sat I received a text saying if I needed anything while waiting to please text & they would assist me. Excellent customer service. Car was done within an hour and we were walked to our freshly washed car and that was it. All in all as pleasant of an experience as you can have getting your car serviced. More
