Thank You Ed Dryer I had problems with my steering and had to get my car towed in. To my surprise, I was assured not to worry and it would be taken care of. In the past, I have always worked with Kathy- what a delight she is. But now that she has moved into her position, I could not have been greeted by a better person. Working in customer service for more than 30 years, it's rare to find "Good Customer Service". Ed Dryer is so genuine that he makes it personal. Please past along my sincere Thank You for a Job Well Done. Because of this experience- I will be purchasing 2 cars for both my kids in the next 2 weeks or so and will continue to pass along this establishment to all that wants to by a car. More

Came in to see if the service department would be able to get the radio code for my 1995 Integra because I bought the car used and when I jump started the car, it caused the radio to require a code in order get the radio code for my 1995 Integra because I bought the car used and when I jump started the car, it caused the radio to require a code in order to work. Ryan was able to get the code for me and got my radio to work again. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and accommodating. I will bring my car back for service again, should I need to. More

My last 2 visits to the service department, I have had the pleasure to work with Ryan. I bought my car used at this dealership in Feb 2012. I went to a different Acura dealer for my first oil change. The next time I came back to McGrath and was helped by Ryan. After working with Ryan, I will not take my business anywhere else. I work in the Customer Service industry myself. For me, the #1 thing I look for as a consumer is honest, good customer service. And Ryan provides just that. It starts with his greeting. He makes you feel comfortable and is very thorough. He addresses all needs and concerns and asks the appropriate questions to ensure my needs as a customer are fulfilled. He provides follow-up immediately after the service is provided. And following my visit last week, he even called me the next day to make sure all the work was done to my satisfaction. The truth is you do not find many companies with employees who provide this excellent level of service. It is unfortunate, but it is the truth. When I called to make my last appointment, I wasn't happy with the female I spoke with. She was not helpful. Therefore, I called back to find Ryan and he was able to provide me with the information I needed. Thank you, Ryan! Your hard work and dedication to Acura and your customers does not go unnoticed. Ryan Durso has provided an outstanding service! Really. Ryan Durso has provided an outstanding service! Really. This was the first ever malfunction among all 4 Acuras in all these years since 2000. And the Ryan Durso has provided an outstanding service! Really. This was the first ever malfunction among all 4 Acuras in all these years since 2000. And the malfunction was rather small but annoying - passenger's door handle was not opening the door from inside, causing my wife to open the door through the open window. (malfunction could be caused by other guys who did a little paint job days before) We did not have an appointment - just decided to stop by. It was very busy there, even a line to get in. But Ryan greeted us without any sign of rush. He was very professional, explaining what might be the course of fix. I said I have a problem - the MDX was 293 miles over the Warranty. He said 'Let me talk to the Management, so we might honor the warranty repair'. We settled in McGrath Acura's beautiful free cafe, sipping real Espresso, and awaiting the 'verdict'. In 20 minutes or so, Ryan came back with good and bad news. The good news was he personally removed the door's panels and fixed the detached cable and that fix was at no charge for me. When I asked 'What was the bad news then?'. He replied "We will miss you because you will leave". Everyone around in the cafe started smiling and were about to applause him. More
I bought my used TSX last summer, and brought it in this week for some maintenance, aesthetic and performance concerns. I had to make some decisions and I felt like he was honestly presenting all options. My car did need to be kept for several hours, in order to address all concerns. Though I was offered a loaner car, I chose to wait and Ryan checked in with me frequently. Everyone was very pleasant from the person who took my phone call, to the women who handled the billing. Though I live closer to another Acura dealership, this one is worth the drive. More
