I bought my used TSX last summer, and brought it in this week for some maintenance, aesthetic and performance concerns. Ryan addressed each issue, even inviting me to point out one concern while the car wa week for some maintenance, aesthetic and performance concerns. I had to make some decisions and I felt like he was honestly presenting all options. My car did need to be kept for several hours, in order to address all concerns. Though I was offered a loaner car, I chose to wait and Ryan checked in with me frequently. Everyone was very pleasant from the person who took my phone call, to the women who handled the billing. Though I live closer to another Acura dealership, this one is worth the drive. More

I came in on Saturday afternoon with the rear hatch unable to close. The service advisor was able to take my car in for emergency service, provide me with a loaner and get me out the door in under 30 unable to close.
