No Integrity False statements to sell vehicles. I bought a used SUV, the salesman made it very clear that it was getting a brand new transmission from GM installed False statements to sell vehicles. I bought a used SUV, the salesman made it very clear that it was getting a brand new transmission from GM installed before I took delivery. 9 months later, I took it back because of a transmission leak. They tried to make me pay for the repairs because the transmission was used, not new. The service department told me that the transmission was new to me. The sales department said their must have been a communication misunderstanding. I said the only reason I bought the SUV was because of the NEW transmission, they said that's too bad. Don't waste your time with their smoke and mirror show. In the end, they will say and do anything to make a sale, even if they have to straight out like. The absolute worst dealership I have ever experienced. No way will I ever step onto any of McGrath property again, for any reason. More

No Pressure Dave Schmerbach was wonderful and helped us find a car within our budget. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. It was a very relaxed environment and we did not feel pressured at all. 100% recommend him. Our only complaint was during the closing and paperwork portion with someone else. I don’t remember his name, but he was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. He wasted a good 45 minutes trying to coerce is into buying additional plans and warranties that we already told him no to. By the end we were very annoyed and we were so relieved to be done and drive away our beautiful new car. More

Very unhappy. Drove 60 miles to check out a truck seen on their website. Left over 2018 was told the rebate was only 3000. dollars on the website the truck was mark Drove 60 miles to check out a truck seen on their website. Also the truck I was going to trade was worth 4500. dollars more than they offered me. I had to pull it up on KBB website to prove it. All in all, I should of saved my gas from a well wasted trip to Dubuque. More
