I've been coming here for decades and I've never had an issue until today. First, now you have to make appt. For everything, even an oil change. That oil change was going to cost me close to $100. I issue until today. First, now you have to make appt. For everything, even an oil change. That oil change was going to cost me close to $100. I had to speak up for myself to not pay that price. It was taken down to $70 something. I know prices are going up everywhere just about, but not THAT much.. Going to have to look into getting my oil change somewhere else. I've been a loyal customer, but I know when it's time to go else where. What ever happened to "Taking good care of your loyal customers"? More

I made an appointment online for an oil change advertised gas two for 99.95. When I brought my car in I was told that special was over and the price was now 119.95 for two oil changes. I was not happy with gas two for 99.95. When I brought my car in I was told that special was over and the price was now 119.95 for two oil changes. I was not happy with the change in pricing. However , I did not want to argue with the service person assigned to me today. I told him I would just pay for a single oil change. I will consider another Honda dealer for a future oil change. More
