The WORST Service Department! I made an appointment for an oil change and a software update. When I get there I’m greeted and told that he would need to get me an advisor because he works for the express. an oil change and a software update. Then JEREMY SANCHEZ approaches me to tell me that they would NOT be doing the software update because I need to leave the vehicle. I said that I really need this done today and I had made an APPOINTMENT to get this done. He told me to make ANOTHER appointment and that I would need to leave the car the WHOLE day. So I went ahead and made another appointment but after leaving I went to Honda on Grand and they were able to take care of my software update and oil change - No appointment needed. Needless to say that I’m NEVER going back. Oh and my confirmation number in case they want to look it up is X01MF17VRN. More

Jose Hinojosa simply knows every option on every car now or ever made by Honda. He is kind, respectful, and goes out of his way to make your schedule his priority. I can't imagine anyone writing anything bad about such a kind and professional salesman. He is the best. Period. More
Absolutely appalling customer service after I bought my car. When I purchased my car a year ago I initially had good customer service from Junior who I bought my car from. However, for some reason it doesn’t appear my car ever came with the wheel lock key. I just discovered this now, as I’ve only had the tires rotated once so far (at another dealership that uses a master wheel lock key, not the customers, so this didn’t come up). I was given the run around by a sales manager Andre who told me the other dealership must have lost it, so I asked to speak k to another customer representative who was Dana. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received, she repeated information that I already knew, and then was very accusatory stating “ you bought the car a year ago, so why didn’t you confirm at the time of purchase where everything was”? This is ridiculous to me, as at the time I wasn’t aware I needed a special key lock as I had asked for the wheels not to be locked (this was never something I’ve needed with previous cars). She seemed more concerned about blaming me (there is no way I would have removed this key lock from the car, as I had never needed it until I went to get my tires rotated a second time, which since it’s every sIx months was a year after purchase), versus trying to help me solve the problem. Even though it was a year later, I would expect to get reasonable customer service. I would never purchase a car from this dealership again, horrible experience. I would recommend downtown, the service manager that I spoke to there was incredIbly nice and understanding. More

Quick friendly service I just want to say how professional and friendly Joanna was the service advisor that I got today for my oil change. She answered all my questions and I just want to say how professional and friendly Joanna was the service advisor that I got today for my oil change. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I was in a hurry today and she told me my car will be out by 10:50am and she got me out of there by 10:30 I really appreciate again I will be recommending all my friends and family here because of employees like that!! Ethan Giddings is my service rep .He is the reason I keep taking my car there for servicing..He is very professional, very honest, he goes out of his way to explain things fully to me. No such thing as a dumb question with him, very professional Even little details, I stop in and he takes care of me no waiting. He recommends to me what is needed for my car, and what is not and what will be needed for the future, so my car runs new. Also he gives me a free car wash every time I come in for service.
