Terrible service This was the last time I will ever bring my car into this dealership. The service always takes forever and nobody seems to know what's going on with your car. So many new people also that seemed like they weren't sure about what to do. This place has changed for the worse. Also while I was waiting in the waiting room a mouse ran by which is disgusting. Never again will I buy or service my car at McGrath. Do not contact me at all. Steer clear of the service department 55,000 miles on the vehicle (purchased at this dealership) losing power mid drive. Continuous issue on every trip. Dealer somehow unable to duplicate 55,000 miles on the vehicle (purchased at this dealership) losing power mid drive. Continuous issue on every trip. Dealer somehow unable to duplicate it. Took vehicle in three times. Took me for $200.00 in unnecessary repairs, time off work. A serious safety issue – Honda & dealer not concerned, "nothing they can do". Bought Honda because of brand reputation. Never again. Read reviews on other platforms... "could not duplicate" is their standard answer 11/06/18 update: Dana asks to call & discuss. But offers no help. Looks like they care. Fake concern. Don't be fooled. More
