I bought my car from this dealership and ended up getting the maintenance package as well. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation when they mentioned they found a nail in the tire wall and that the maintenance package as well. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation when they mentioned they found a nail in the tire wall and that it was not repairable and i needed to get a new tire. They also said the other tire was low in the tred and i needed to get another new one. I decided to decline the service through the dealership due to the price. I ended up taking it to a local trusted shop where they looked at all 4 tires, found the nail which was not even close to the tire wall and in the wrong tire the dealership mentioned. I also had them look at the tred and they said it was perfectly fine. Not only did the service advisor lie and say it was not repairable, they lied about which tire it was and tried to get me to get 2 new ones. This is why I don’t trust the advice from a dealership.
