But they’ve tried to sell me unnecessary services, including a transmission fluid flush on 3-year-old CX-5. According to Mazda, the transmission fluid NEVER needs to be changed on that vehicle. I’m not sure why McGrath thinks I can’t read or use Google. If there were another Mazda dealer near my home, I would have switched already. More
