I already spoke to someone from your office. He informed that he would further investigate the issue and get back to me. That was last year in 2022. Sending me a computer generated response after over six months of waiting to hear back from your establishment is xxxx-poor customer service. Perhaps that’s something else that you can add to the list of things that your company/business could improve on in an effort to provide FAIR AND EQUAL customer service to everyone.
