I had my Mazda 6 2020 serviced today @ McGrath City Mazda as I usually do and the most pleasant experience was how courteously I was greeted by the Service Advisor Herman Diaz. Herman explained to me in deta as I usually do and the most pleasant experience was how courteously I was greeted by the Service Advisor Herman Diaz. Herman explained to me in detail the maintenance services my car needed based on the mileage of the car. After I said I would wait for the service to be completed, he offered me their shuttle service to drive me to my house so I wouldn’t have to wait around which worked perfectly. The shuttle driver Ramoo (hope I’m spelling his name correctly) was also very courteous.That way I was able to have lunch at home and take care of other things too. After a few hours Ramoo came to pick me up and drove back to the dealership. Thank you so much Herman and Ramoo for the excellent customer service. See you next time! More
