Tire replacement I went to have one flat tire replaced and it took 2 hours. At first I was told the tire could be patched, only to be told later that it couldn’t be pa I went to have one flat tire replaced and it took 2 hours. At first I was told the tire could be patched, only to be told later that it couldn’t be patched and needed to be replaced. The price then changed from $30 to $307. I would suggest making sure you are giving the customers the correct pricing the first time. Also having someone wait 2 hours to replace one tire is completely ridiculous. Firestone changes a tire in 15-20 min. I will never go back. More
