I don't dread returning for services. Thank you for turning what turned out to be a tough day into something positive. On recommendation would be to create a What Now visual cheat sheet to give to cusotmers who are new to leasing - so that the process flow and actions are clear for the customer to follow for the duration of the lease. More

When I drove the car off the lot onto the highway, I noticed the car shaking After negotiating a trade in with the dealership the proccess went well. When I drove the car off the lot onto the highway, I noticed the car shaking when braking over 60 MPH. I called the dealership and the sales team told me to bring it in. I brought the car in and the dealer fixed the brakes and rotors on the car free of charge. The brakes and rotors were not covered under warranty. I am very pleased with the custom service the dealership provided. I would go back to the dealership to buy future cars. Make sure you drive the car on the highway before buying, beginners mistake. More

It got more complicated than it had to be. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating vs the 5 star rating. I would recommend them. More

Normal business ransaction, no over the top service I had a fair experience when purchasing a new vehicle but follow up service appointment lacking in clarity of how services are to be provided for a va I had a fair experience when purchasing a new vehicle but follow up service appointment lacking in clarity of how services are to be provided for a value protection package I had purchased. I was simply told to download the Xzilon app and make future appointments through it. I was having issues login in to the Xzilon app when entering the VIN number, sent Xzilon an email and never replied to me. So I emailed my Sales Rep to get the service scheduled. When i got there, I pulled up next to the service window after being asked to come forward. Then thinking someone would wave me in to tell me it was ok to leave my car, nobody addressed me. Not even the Sales rep that had worked with me and who I gave him the sale. He straight looked at me then turned and did not even wave or said hi. I was sitting there inside my car for about 5 minutes before deciding to step out and into the office next to the car. Then they couldn't find me in the system for a scheduled appointment. Overall, the windshield protection service was taken care of and once again was told that if any future services were required to handle them through the app. I would need to take a picture of the damage for example, if the paint was chipped or something happened. So I decided to called Xzilion and what I was told is that the app is no longer functional and that I will have to call Xzilion if I ever need to have a repair. That's why I wasn't able to login to it. More
