We left with a folder of documents and were told (practically as we were driving away) "Get in touch with Chase." After reviewing the documents, we found one that referred to Chase as the "leasing company." and an Account ID. As a new leasing customer, I was left with a feeling that the sale was over and now I am on my own. Fortunately, I was already a Chase customer (having three accounts) and took this "Transaction Return for Lease" document to my Chase official. Using the Account ID, he contacted his loan division and was able to establish a monthly payment plan from my master account. If I had not been a Chase customer, I would feel even more negatively about this experience. More

No pressure, very calm demeanor and very knowledgeable. We were looking at other cars but some of the dealers were jerking us around on pricing/financing negotiations. This was a very straightforward process and I think the price was ultimately fair. I strongly recommend that if you are in the market for a Mazda (new or certified pre-owned), that you consider working with Dennis. More
