She was very communicative and patient with me since I got a little too picky and tedious since it'll be the first car that I'm buying plus it was a last minute need since I got into a car accident and couldn't drive my old car (bought from my cousin). Marlena and the financial manager (I forgot his name sorry) answered all of my questions, and catered to us while we were in the store. Will definitely come back and get myself a brand new CX-5 which is what I originally wanted once I earn enough money. Lol. Thank you so much! More

Waiting time was a bit too long Needed to take car in to address safety recall. The repair required 8 hrs of work, but it took 2+ hours for them to inspect and then provide a loaner Needed to take car in to address safety recall. Very Helpful Manny went above and beyond by installing my new Illinois license plates for me. He was super friendly and made sure I was taken care of. My only complaint would be that I had to wait about 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I understand there were some scheduling issues with service technicians taking time off, but obviously waiting that long is not ideal. Also the waiting room was a little hot :). Overall I'd definitely come back though. More
