slow service. not responsive. expensive brought in car for non working AC. Still should be under warranty. After few days, Service claimed it was due to external damage. I waited over 3 hrs at the dealer until i was told they did not have the equipment to test the vehicle, which they finally gave me a loaner. I ended up paying $60 for parking the loaner since it did not have my parking sticker. Service never proactively called me to tell me what was going on. They said they needed the machine to check the issue. If service does not have the right equipment for the work, what good are they? I had to call and email regularly to check on the issue. I have read many issues on the 2017 CX3 about a flaw in condenser design and also it's low hanging position. It should be recalled. I feel the problem was with this flaw and not external damage. Still charged me > $150 after they had my car for days. To top it all off, after paying $150 to have it checked and taking the car back, they did not reinstall the AC valve caps. I emailed/called to request them. They had left them on top of the hood. I sent a photo and requested that they send me replacements. There has been no response. I have owned Mazda's for most of my life. I have owned 5 up to now and have been very satisfied with Mazda cars. I have never been satisfied with dealers and dealer service though. The design of the condenser is flawed. Your service wont cover it under warranty. I a have to spend > $1100 for a repair on a 2 year old car with less than 22k miles. That is unacceptable. I did not want those so it took 8 hours to have my car ready. More
