From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership until the very next day when I drove off in my new ride, Luis Jimenez went out of his way to ensure my experience was nothing short of smooth and more importantly, enjoyable (and it actually was!). Luis was very amicable, knowledgeable. honest and attentive to my vehicle needs which I greatly appreciated. Not only so, but both Luis and Brian O'hare went out of their way to ensure I was getting the best deal possible and it was evident that customer satisfaction was very important to them. People typically dread the entire car-buying process but I must say, it wasn't bad at all! Not only did I have a wonderful experience working with Luis and Brian at City Mazda, but my ride is pretty sweet, too! More

Before walking through the doors of Autobarn City Mazda, my wife and I did the typical routine; settle on a number in our heads, settle on our required features and have an overall game plan on how we want the deal to unfold. Within 5 minutes of talking with these guys, we realized that we didn't need to psych ourselves out - they only asked questions that helped them be better at helping us. We test drove 2 different types of SUVs, we did a simple (but much needed) baby seat test and we were continuously asked what role our new car would play with our growing family for the next 3 years. The entire time, my wife and I felt like only our needs were being addressed; we didn't feel pressured to do anything outside of our comfort zone and there were no uncomfortable moments whatsoever. We're so happy that we made our way over to Autobarn City Mazada...not only did we drive away with a great car, but we also drove away feeling like we made the right purchase from the right group of people. Luis was also familiar with the competitors and was able to provide me with detailed comparisons on features and prices. He completely listened to all of my automobile needs and requirements. Luis spent time taking both my husband and I on test drives to make sure I was completely comfortable in my car decision process. Luis along with his manager Brian O’Hare allowed us to test drive a Mazda overnight to really get a true feel for its performance. Both Luis and Brian took the time to provide me with a pricing structure that was comfortable and doable for my budget. I really felt like they were looking out for me and they were completely transparent during the entire process. Fantastic I came into the dealership after communicating with Brain via online. He assured me he would be able to accept my 09 civic as a trade in for 2 brand n I came into the dealership after communicating with Brain via online. He assured me he would be able to accept my 09 civic as a trade in for 2 brand new 2018 cars. I walked into the dealership and Ali was the sales rep who was assigned for me. Ali was waiting for me as we had scheduled an appointment and had all the information ready for the 2 cars I requested information for. He took my fiancé and I to test drive the car and was very polite and well mannered. He would allow my fiancé and I to talk in private to discuss our likes and dislike and would return in a timely manner. He was well knowledgeable about the cars and was answering our questions. If he did not know the answer he would polite inform us he does not know and asked someone who knew the answer. Ali was running around to get all our answers and he successfully answered all our questions. At last we met with James the financial advisor who was doing our financing on the 2 new cars. He was very polite and funny. He broke down all the pricing, options, and recommended products based off our usage of the cars. Brain was a man of his word and got me into a 2018 CX-5 touring and Mazda 3 sports. I recommend dealing with Brain, Ali, and James. Based off their customer service and expertise I would be purchasing another Mazda very soon. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!!! More
