I worked with Elvir Hamulic and Narcis Agic and they were so attentive to my needs in regards to finding a price that worked and monthly payments that were in my budget. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to find me a good deal as well as answer any questions that we had! Such helpful guys and they know what they are doing unlike some other places we were at. Eldin Hamulic helped us with our warranty on the car as well as finalizing everything and he was such a big help. He was very knowledgeable, open and honest with giving me the best warranty at a low rate! They made me feel very confident with my purchase especially knowing I have good coverage! I purchased a 2017 Mazda 3 The best car buying experience I have ever had after buying a number of cars from Saab, GM, Chrysler/Jeep, and CARMAX. I purchased a 2017 Mazda 3 and worked with Louis Belcher at the Evanston location. Smart, honest and professional, Louis navigated me through the process efficiently. He anticipated my needs, presented the options in a very articulate way and treated me with dignity. Ross Conlon and Mickey from Finance were also extremely knowledgeable and made the process fun, not a test of "gotcha" that is all too often the process you deal with when buying a new or used car. There is no doubt that Louis and the Mazda team believe in their product, are proud to put a customer in one of their cars and will be there for you with any questions or problems.
