We told him what we were looking for and he helped us get there - no back and forth game playing. I never felt like I was being led down a path that I would regret. No pressure - only guidance. When I picked the car up on Thursday, it had 61 miles on it which I didn't notice until after I pulled away, and a scuff in the passenger door. More
