Best service ever! I was able to be seen on such short notice. The Service Department rep was so helpful. She thoroughly explained what was to be done with my vehicle. Outstanding service Went here to get my car serviced, after being told at another Mazda dealer (Evanston) that everything with my car was okay. I initially went there bec Went here to get my car serviced, after being told at another Mazda dealer (Evanston) that everything with my car was okay. I initially went there because my vehicle was making noises. That Mazda service center in Evanston drove my car and told me everything was okay. A few weeks later my service light came on the dash -- I then decided to go to this Mazda location instead. I gave them a call, and they told me to bring it in as soon as I could. Once I got there, they knew who I was (the person that called). So they gave me an oil change and said they would check out the service light. They gave me a call a few hours later and said my car wasn't ready, but they would give me a rental, as they were still checking out the service light issue. I was then informed that the transmission was "chewed" and they ordered the parts needed and replaced it. In total, I had the rental for about 3 days while they worked on my car. When it was finally done, they called me and said my car was ready for pickup, with a NEW transmission with a service warranty of 1 1/2 years. The whole process with them was smooth, professional, and much appreciated - from the initial phone call until I went in for the pickup. The rental transaction was smooth, they took a deposit, and gave it back to me as soon as I returned the vehicle. People caring about me It is the first time to get my car i to this dealer, and I was surprised with the personal treat and with the service to my car. It was an oil change It is the first time to get my car i to this dealer, and I was surprised with the personal treat and with the service to my car. It was an oil change only, but after the revision, the outcome was the stop lights were not working and was a good finding. The downside is that they did not have the bulbs and need to order, next day I returned and they changed fast. Also they found out that not all of them were needed so the initial coute went down to 50%. So overall I'm happy and will schedule for a tires change next. More
