I recently got involved in the Supra community a couple months ago in August. Looking for OEM/Toyota parts, and i see Curt on the supraforums. After I contacted the dealership regarding the Scion I liked, Ingrid Rapa took great care to make sure it was the right car for me. She was very, very patient. Todd presented a nicely priced 5-year warranty for my used xD--a valuable thing for me to have. I took it. Then my new car was detailed perfectly for me. When I asked for a few minor touch-ups on the vehicle I did not get any attitude, but service with a smile. They even took off and transferred the window decals! The whole team was extremely respectful. What is often a stressful experience turned out quite nicely. I was also impressed that this dealership empowers women and employs many excellent female salespeople. The team spirit among the staff was evident to me.
