Hello Mr. Briggs, I appreciate you reaching out and responding after my phone call to you. Ironically after my reviews the situation/refund was initiated approx 10 minutes later. I do not know the employee referenced in this matter and he just may have the needed skills for the job. However, what I can say, imo are his personal skills dealing with a customer is lacking in the greatest sense. Researching many reviews Im obviously not the only who has dealt with him. In conclusion, my situation is resolved, however the problem still exists for other customers who may have to converse with this individual. Best of luck, and again I appreciate you following up.
