This is the 4th car we have purchased at this dealership (3 from Steven Salidas) and we have always been very satisfied! The "finance guy," Todd is always great too as are the guys in the service department. We are definitely a Toyota family (we have bought 4 Corollas, a Yaris and a Camry) and plan to stay that way. I feel that Elmhurst Toyota has a lot to do with that because they treat us like friends...from the sale to the service. Oh, and a shout-out to Claudia (who works with the cash-out service)... patient and a great sense of humor! Overall, a fabulous experience...as usual! More

I had an excellent experience in recently purchasing my new 2013 Avalon Limited at Elmhurst Toyota. I must say, for this to be my first car-buying experience, it was definitely great. I was nervous going in, not knowing what to expect, but Tomas (my salesman) made the experience as painless and experience, it was definitely great. When it came to pricing, he made it clear about costs, and he went over and beyond when it came to calculating “what-if” situations such as a 5-year vs. a 6-year plan. During this experience, I felt no pressure to hurry the process; both Todd and Tomas did an excellent job in being patient when I was making my decisions and explaining each and every option I had. Also, not only did they treat me very well, but also extended that same courtesy to my family who came along for the journey. In the end, I feel that if I have any questions or concerns that Tomas will be able to genuinely help like he did the day I bought my car. I have seen so many other places where they balk and moan and whine about any bargaining, etc. Debbie was fantastic, friendly, and put me at ease with my car buying experience. I felt like I could be open and upfront with her with my goals, rather than having to hide things like you would have to do with other salesmen I've encounter in the past who had clear ulterior motives. I actually had to leave during negotiations, but she was able to work with me remotely with prompt responses which helped the car buying process move along. Lastly, I ended up with exactly what I wanted for an outstanding price. I would highly recommend this dealership and Debbie anytime! More

I am very loyal to the Toyota brand, and LOVE Corollas (My current car was an older white Toyota Corolla!) I knew I wanted a new white Toyota Corolla and was hopeful about Elmhurst Toyota. I went in with my mom and brother and the receptionist introduced us to Larry Skelly. He was friendly, hilarious, and nice to each of us right away. He was sincere and took his time to help me find my perfect car. He was respectful of my budget, accommodating, and truly considerate of my concerns and the concerns of my mom and brother. Larry became a friend to our family in just a few hours! The first thing he said to me was that he promised me a new white Corolla at a price I could afford. And guess what-he was right! I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry SE in May, and I just have to say that the customer service and overall experience was astonishing. As soon as I walked in the door with my family, Tomas Lozano greeted us and was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Right off the bat I fell in love with "Cammy" (yes, I named my Camry) :), and I must say that throughout the entire process Tomas was very helpful and personable that even my father felt very comfortable talking to him. Tomas explained to us all the functionalities of the car while we test drove and was also very humorous. Everything was very straight-forward and I was very pleased when Tomas had a no-pressure attitude when I was debating if I should purchase the car. Clearly, I decided to add the car note to my life :), but needless to say it has been the best choice I have made in a long time... haha.
