When we decided on the RAV4 we narrowed down our search to Toyota. I found that from all the people I worked with Melisssa was by far the most enjoyable. She was straight forward and gave me a very competieve quote - the first time - no games. She listed all the "extras" with the out the door price. Along with helping us get the best financing for our credit score. There were no surprises. When we picked up the vechile, she was very accomidating to our whole family and took the time to make sure we were comfortable. Melissa took also to show us all the car features and even synced our phones for us. In the end, I felt that working with Melissa was like buying a car from a friend. Elmhurst Toyota had the lowest price of 3 local Toyota dealerships. After much comparison shopping, I responded to Melissa Garcia's emails to come in for a test drive. We loved the RAV4 and decided this was the car we wanted. The whole purchasing experience was low key and Elmhurst Toyota met the suggested price as soon as I showed them the CR "savings certificate". All of the people we worked with were knowledgeable and I liked that they gave you the required information without pressuring you in any way. They were willing to meet our needs and budget. Melissa walked us through all of the technology and even helped set up our phones! I highly recommend this salesperson as well as the dealership. More

Larry allowed us to take the car out for a drive and was very friendly and helpful the entire time. We noticed the belts were a little squeaky so Larry had the shop look into it for us before we drove the c very friendly and helpful the entire time. We went through the usual negotiation process, which was a little more difficult because other people had been calling in about the same car even while we were sitting in his cubicle.
