Larry Skelly made the buying experience very pleasant under especially trying circumstances. We were not intending to purchase a new car at this time, but because our 2005 Toyota Camry was damaged by th under especially trying circumstances. For the first time in our 30 years of shopping for and buying cars, we feel that my wife was able to get the vehicle she wanted (actually an even nicer vehicle than what she envisioned) for a monthly payment that is a little less than we had thought we would end up with. Larry was extremely knowledgeable and he seemed very organized. We made a couple of separate visits, and each time he scheduled an appointment for my wife so that we did not have to wait around. I should mention also that Tony (Finance) offered some creative ideas that ended up helping us reach a decision and (in my opinion) getting a great deal. We will definitely be recommending this store to our family and friends. More

Alex was friendly, attentive, and professional. He made good suggestions, and had all 3 vechicles ready for test drives. After the sale, and when demonstrating the car's gadgets, there was a temporary good suggestions, and had all 3 vechicles ready for test drives. While it took a little longer than we anticipated to correct the issue, he explained the reasons, and basically put our minds to rest. We were introduced to Terry in the Service Area who was also friendly and reiterated what Alex had told us to expect as it related to the maintenance schedule. Overall, the price was fair, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Alex and Elmhurst Toyota. More

Wonderful experience, Alex was super! Very perceptive and helpful. I came in three times, once to see the Prius, back to purchase when I decided what features I wanted and lastly to go over the finer operati helpful. Being a single woman out looking for a vehicle, I really appreciate the low key, no pressure expericence. Alex is a trememdous asset to this dealership, can not say enough good about dealing with him. I came back after the sale for Alex to go over the features on the vehicle since we closed the dealership the night before. He spent a great deal of time, setting up my first service appointment (6 months out & complentary) and going over, setting and explaining the features in the vehicle also letting me know he was there with any questions I would have later. When I went to finance, Todd again was great to deal with, again low key, no pressure exprience. Lots of forms to sign but Todd whipped through them in record time. More
