No one ever likes dealing with car dealerships or sales people. It can be very stressful and nerve-racking. However, our experience with the Elmhurst Toyota dealership was great! We worked with an amazing salesman named Khoa Pham [K.P]. He was very professional and helped us feel relaxed during the entire car-buying process. We did not feel any pressure from K.P. when purchasing our new vehicle. He was friendly, considerate, respectful and knowledgeable of the vehicles. K.P. made sure we got exactly what we wanted with our new vehicle. When Elmhurst Toyota didn't have the color we wanted, he coordinated with two other dealerships. K.P. also helped us pick out some "extras" so our vehicle would be equipped with everything our family needs. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. That's not the only example of how K.P. went out of our way to help our family. After I purchased the vehicle, I realized I had forgotten my garage door opener in the car we traded. I called K.P. and asked him to leave it at the customer service desk. But K.P. told me not to worry and offered to personally drop it off at my house. He actually came to my house on Saturday night to return the garage door opener. It was so helpful and convenient, especially since the Elmhurst Toyota dealership is out of our way. K.P. saved us another trip! We've been through the car-buying process before, and it seems like the dealer tries to sell you the car and rush you out the door right after you've made the agreement in principal to take the new car. But K.P. treated us like family and made sure we understood exactly what was going on during the car-buying process. This was all in sincerity. It honestly was the best experience we've had purchasing a new vehicle. Besides K.P., we also had the pleasure of working with Pawel Dziura in the service department. Pawel was also friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure the "extras" we wanted for our vehicle were ordered and installed quickly. His team did a great job and the vehicle looks great! I am truly grateful. Great customer service can be hard to find, but K.P. and Pawel were a pleasure to work with. They reassured me that my family would end up with the perfect vehicle, and we did! They went the extra mile and surpassed my expectations. I will strongly recommend the Elmhurst Toyota dealership, especially salesman K.P., to all of my family and friends when they purchase their next vehicle. I have to say this guy is quite friendly and helpful! For a long time, my family and I went to different car dealers for my very first car. Better late than never. I suffered a blown tire about 6 weeks ago. I brought the useless tire in to Toyota of Elmhurst service department & showed them the tire & asked if they would be able to replace it weeks ago. I agreed to wait & almost 1 hour later a service agent came to tell me that I had a blown tire & would I like it fixed. Somewhat stunned as I mentioned to agent that the reason I came in was because of ruined tire & he wasn't telling me after 1 hour anything new. So I waited about another 30-45 minutes & then went back to service area & saw an old familiar face & smile--Faustino!! Not finding my service agent I waited for Faustino to finish with a customer & then related my experience. Faustino liteally sprung into action, located my service agent, rectified problem, had car washed & ready in 10 minutes. We have been customers of Elmhurst Toyota for 23 years & have enjoyed 99.9% satisfaction during that period. Faustino turned a very rare growing unpleasant experience into a customer leaving satisfied & with a smile. Faustino is keenly aware of his customer service responsibilities. He is an exemplary employee. More

I was never pressured and felt very comfortable in the showroom. Not only are the people at the dealership friendly and professional, the price was unbeatable and the process was simple. I have since brought the van in to have my protection plan completed, and I was also satisfied with the service staff. KP was our sales contact for a new car/Prius my wife was looking to purchase. He went out of his way to bring in a new Prius C for my wife to test drive. We did feel the car was a little over priced, but through working with KP and the business manager, we agreed to a lower price that was acceptable to us. From the first phone call that we made to inquire about purchasing a new Sienna to the moment that we drove off the lot, the service at Elmhurst Toyota was exceptional. Khoa Pham, our sales associate, was so attentive to all of our needs. He returned our phone calls at lightning speed. He was very knowledgable, and when he wasn't 100 % sure about something, he confirmed the answer right away with another associate. He was so easy to work with-making sure that we were always comfortable with each step of the process. His friendliness is contagious! Khoa Pham has continued to be of great service to us, checking in with us by phone and by email to see if there is anything we need. When we purchased our Sienna, we also worked with Todd Thiede in the business office to complete our paperwork. Todd was efficient, knowledgable and so friendly. He was a pleasure to work with.
