Rude, unhelpful experience. My son and i went there yesterday to test drive two models to help narrow the search for his first vehicle purchase. We were greeted by the person at the desk, told her what we were there for, she paged an available sales person. After no one came over, she yelled over towards a couple sales people standing there talking to each other. She said Omar can you please come help these customers. Omar came over, we told him what we were there for, he said that he couldn't help us, they had no cars to test drive. He offered no alternatives, no suggestions, no ideas, nothing, just stood there. We just left. I understand that the auto sales environment is very is a state of flux, but feel the least he could have done was offer potential alternatives. Like, let me check our incoming inventory for you, or maybe try this other dealership, or this alternate car that we do have that would be similar. We had visited two nearby competitor dealerships and had a significantly better customer experience. I will never go back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone I speak with.
