I worked exclusively with the Scion Guru, John Williams, and he was the best salesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He never pushed a sale and even stayed past his shift to guarantee he would see me off with my newly purchased Toyota. This is the best Toyota dealership in the Chicagoland area, and I went to several before arriving and purchasing my new car here. The atmosphere and staff just cannot be beat. More

I had never shopped at a dealership prior to my experience at Elmhurst Toyota. Within moments of entering the showroom my wife and I were greeted and helped. I never got an uncomfortable feeling experience at Elmhurst Toyota. Within moments of entering the showroom my wife and I were greeted and helped. I never got an uncomfortable feeling of pressure and most importantly we were listened to and not pushed in any direction other than our own. We had initially looked at their website in search of a used vehicle which led us to their lot. Even though it was a Honda, Steve respected our research and desire for that particular vehicle. We decided to look at another dealership (same model) that same day and make our decision the following day. The next day I received two calls from the second dealer, both appealed to us to make an urgent decision and to come back in that day. Steve made a casual call to ask us where we were in our decision making after seeing the other vehicle. Our final decision was primarily based on how we were treated and who "earned" our business.
