Andy was very nice and friendly. Silvanna also was so nice on the phone. We had a good deal over the phone and everything else was done fast. My wife and I did not like the way Tod dealt with us and we felt that he was not friendly like the rest of the team. Andy took the time to show us the features of the car, how everything works, program the garage opener and how to connect our cell phones to the car system. Overall, we are satisfied with Andy's performance and definitely I recommend him to my friends and relatives. But I think he should be more negotiable with the price. If he improves his negotiation, he will be one of the best sales persons because he has a very friendly and personable attitude. Above, I give 4 for friendliness because of Tod. But for Andy, I would give him 5 in all the ratings. More
