Quickly responds to emails and phone calls regarding the ordering and shipment of parts to out of state addresses. Prices are fair (unlike local ripoffs) and I can't see a reason not to continue doing busin ordering and shipment of parts to out of state addresses. I called Elmhurst Toyota for help with buying a new Corolla. They transferred me right away to Rob who was incredibly helpful. He was very honest with me and helped me to finance the Corolla so I could afford the monthly payment. Since I am still in graduate school this was very important to me. While there, I did not feel like I was being pressured to buy, mostly because the car sells itself but also because Rob had a very relaxed demeanor about him. I would definitely go back there in the future when I need a new car down the road! My Dad said he would too! More

Andy was very helpful when we bought our new car. The price was good. Across the board, everyone we came in contact with was very polite and considerate. I came in for my first new car and I needed it quickly because my old one had recently been totaled. I had a price in mind being a recent college graduate which I could not stray too far from.
