We had a pleasant experience at Elmhurst Toyota on Monday, May 30. Our salesperson, John Tinault, was knowledgable and not at all pushy. The Dealership and sales people were good to work with, responsive, and courteous. I rated them 3(ok) on quality of work because the used vehicle I were looking at has a few interior details that were brok responsive, and courteous. Car buying could be challenging but not when going through Elmhurst Toyota. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, who worked with you without pressure; I believe I was given a fair price through Elmhurst Toyota. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, who worked with you without pressure; I believe I was given a fair price without all the 'sales techniques'. Even after the sale was complete Mike S. continued to work with us to get the car to the lot as quickly as possible and ensured we received a fair price on our trade-in, as well as helped procure the best financing options. All the sales staff are truly professional. After delivery Mike S. continued the help by answering phone questions on the new SUV and to set-up the configurable customizations with the various options through their Service Department. When working with their Service Department, who changed the configurations, I encountered another professional group of guys. These guys even went the extra length to get a 'special' configuration set, through Toyota's Factory Technical department. In comparison to other Toyota dealers - Elmhurst shines. Their waiting area is clean, user friendly, and accommodating (WI-FI enabled). I thought I was in a mini cafe in comparison to some 'back room'. Overall Elmhurst Toyota is definitely a company you want to deal with when purchasing or servicing your vehicle. More
