We had a pleasant experience at Elmhurst Toyota on Monday, May 30. Our salesperson, John Tinault, was knowledgable and not at all pushy. The Dealership and sales people were good to work with, responsive, and courteous. I rated them 3(ok) on quality of work because the used vehicle I were looking at has a few interior details that were brok responsive, and courteous. I called the dealership on Tue. March 29 to ask if they could beat the deal that I was given at Northbrook Toyota. Vlad answed the phone, I told him exactly what I was willing to pay, he replied that he ne could beat the deal that I was given at Northbrook Toyota. Vlad answed the phone, I told him exactly what I was willing to pay, he replied that he needed a fgew minutes to calculate. And I told Vlad that they need to consider taking over 7 more payments for my current leased vehicle. Within 10 min Vlad called back, with an answer that I wanted to hear. I put deposit on the new Prius over the phone. On Thursday, March 31 I came to the dealership at 9:00 am, most paper work was prepared, we signed all papers within 15 min. Deal was done. THE BEST LEASING EXPERIENCE EVER. NO HASSLE. I've been leasing cars since 1997. More
