All the sales staff are truly professional. After delivery Mike S. continued the help by answering phone questions on the new SUV and to set-up the configurable customizations with the various options through their Service Department. When working with their Service Department, who changed the configurations, I encountered another professional group of guys. These guys even went the extra length to get a 'special' configuration set, through Toyota's Factory Technical department. In comparison to other Toyota dealers - Elmhurst shines. Their waiting area is clean, user friendly, and accommodating (WI-FI enabled). I thought I was in a mini cafe in comparison to some 'back room'.
