Even after the sale was complete Mike S. continued to work with us to get the car to the lot as quickly as possible and ensured we received a fair price on our trade-in, as well as helped procure the best financing options. All the sales staff are truly professional. After delivery Mike S. continued the help by answering phone questions on the new SUV and to set-up the configurable customizations with the various options through their Service Department. When working with their Service Department, who changed the configurations, I encountered another professional group of guys. These guys even went the extra length to get a 'special' configuration set, through Toyota's Factory Technical department. In comparison to other Toyota dealers - Elmhurst shines. Their waiting area is clean, user friendly, and accommodating (WI-FI enabled). I thought I was in a mini cafe in comparison to some 'back room'.
