I went to Elmhurt Toyota because they had the car I was looking for, a 2005 Inphinity G35. As soon as I parked my car a had a nice welcome greeting from a sales rep named Andy Tylak. I was suprised because at other dealerships I felt like I was a ghost. We had a nice conversation not only about cars but life in general. Than we test drove the car of my dreams. I got all of my questions answered in great detail. I felt comfortable because Andy did not pressure me like other salesmen to purchase the car. The price was high at first but Elmhurst Toyota was able to lower it down to the level I was able to afford with low downpayment and low monthly payments. I walked out happy with my dream car purchase. A year later i recommended a family member, where she bought a brand new Toyota Corolla. For the referal I received a nice $50 check from the dealership, which pleasantly surprised me. I am really satisfied with my experience from this dealership and more importantly with the salesperson Andy Tylak. I was suprised that there was no pressure which was different from any other dealers dealership and more importantly with the salesperson Andy Tylak.
